Ingredients for 4 persons:

  • 250 gr of squid ink Spaghetti
  • 250 gr of fresh crabs
  • Chopped parsley
  • Garlic
  • Thyme
  • 2 picadilly tomatoes
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt
Taste squid ink spaghetti

Direction:

It’s important that crabs are fresh and still alive, for killing them you can put the crabs in a plently of boiling water with a lid on.

Then peel tomatoes and cut in small diced .

 Slowly heat the oil with the clove of garlic, thyme and chopped parsley for 5 minutes, in a pan over low heat. 

Add crabs and tomatoes in the sauce.

Then, take out crabs, you have to clean, remove paws and cut them in two part and put again in the pan. 

In meantime cook the Squid Ink Spaghetti in the salted boiling water for 3 minutes, drain the pasta and toss it in the pan with the sauce.

Serve adding a chopped parsley.
