Direction:
Firstly wash the broccoli green, cut them into large pieces and boil in lightly salted water. When is cooked pass the broccoli in a pan, don’t waste the cooking water, that we will use for cooking pasta.
Cook the broccoli in a pan with the anchovies, garlic and finely chopped 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil.
With a fork, crush the broccoli, regulate salt and pepper, add a teaspoon of tomato paste and a tablespoon of water broccoli.
Boil the pasta in the cooking water used before.
Dress the pasta with the broccoli and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil… and bon appetit!
