Ingredients for 4 person:

  • 250 g  Filini Filotea
  • 100 g green beans
  • 100 g shelled broad beans
  • 100 g  peas
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 onion
  • 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper
Taste Chitarra spaghettti

Directions:

Cut the green beans into small pieces, let heat them in a pan with the chopped onion and 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil. Add 200 ml of water to cover the green beans, let cook them with the lid on for 15 minutes.

Shell the broad beans and add them in the pan with the green beans. Now add the peas in the soup and and salt and pepper to taste.

Cut the tomatoe and put it in the soup with the other vegetables. At this point add an other 200 ml of water and bring to the boil.

Add the filini pasta and let them cook for only 1 minute .

Then serve the soup and enjoy!
