Directions:
Cut the onions into thin slices and cook them in a saucepan with the butter, slowly adding the whole milk and a pinch of salt.
Cook the Tagliolini Filotea in plenty of salted boiling water for 1 minute, drain the egg pasta and toss it in the saucepan with the onions, add the chopped parsley and a sprinkling of ginger.
Serve adding the grated lemon rind and enjoy!
