Ingredients for 4 persons:
- 250 gr of Pappardelle all’uovo Filotea
- 80 gr of ‘nduja
- 20 pitted black olives
- 400 ml of tomato sauce
- a teaspoon of tomato paste
- 200 gr of drained tuna
- one clove of garlic
- 2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
- salt
Directions:
Slowly heat the olive oil with the clove of garlic in a pan over low heat. Add the ‘nduja and have it melt, then add the black olives and the tomato paste, cook for 2 minutes and stretch with the tomato sauce.
Cook for about 10 minutes over medium heat, add salt to taste and the tuna, then mix well.
Cook the Pappardelle Filotea in plenty of salted boiling water, drain the egg pasta and toss it in the pan with the sauce.
