Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 250 g of linguine Filotea
  • rocket
  • 5 – 6 nuts
  • 2 tbsp of parmesan cheese
  • salt
  • Extra virgin olive oil
Taste egg Linguine


You should clean the rocket.  Then put it in a pan with nuts, olive oil and start to mix them. You have to beat and add inch by inch olive oil until the compose will become creamy.  Add parmesan cheese and salt to taste and continued to mix them.

In meantime cook Linguine in plently of salted boiling water, drain the pasta and toss it in the pan with pesto sauce.

Serve adding a touch of extra virgin olive oil.
