You must clean and cut cardoons. Then, in a big pan, over low heat, heat up the olive oil with clove of garlic, then add cardoons with half glass of water, cook them until will become soft.
In meantime, slowly heat the oil with clove of garlic and add picadilly tomatoes in a pan over low heat until will become creamy.
Cook Fettuccine in plenty of salted boiling water for few minutes, drain the pasta and toss it in the pan with cardoons and add tomatoes sauce.
Serve adding a touch of rocket and enjoy!
