It is like the Ragù Bolognese but made using ingredients from Sicily.
Perfect for seasoning our pasta, in particular divine with Tagliatelle and Pappardelle.

Ingredients:

  • Tomato pulp (italian product)
  • ork meat, calf meat, carrots, celery, onion, red wine Nero d’Avola, extra virgin oil, sea salt, sugar, nutmeg, tomato concentrate (italian product), black pepper.

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep it refrigerated and use within 2 days.
