You need to make a jump in the recent past.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">When <a href=\"http:\/\/filoteapasta.com\/category\/noi\/page\/3\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Francesco<\/a>\u00a0and myself established Filotea, <strong>our purpose was to make the best pasta in the world<\/strong> and sell it worldwide.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">The idea of carrying on the German, American, even Australia table <strong>an authentic product, genuine, healthy and good as the one just made by our grandma\u2019<\/strong>, that made us excited.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/filoteapasta.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/Planisfero-Filotea.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-1786\" src=\"\" alt=\"Distribuzione Filotea nel mondo\" width=\"700\" height=\"389\" \/><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">In 2005, at the beginning, we were made fun of it, someone still now.\u00a01250 euro, a very old van from 1,000 Euros and a basement to make pasta, made our goal, at least, demanding.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">But we had the real ambition and were not afraid of anything. Nor knocking to the bakery close to our home neither to the largest importer in London; nor leaving with suitcases full of <a href=\"http:\/\/filoteapasta.com\/en\/la-pasta\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pasta<\/a>\u00a0neither closing international selling agreements.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">We were pirates, \u201cfood pioneers\u201d, able to propose pasta that priced five times more to someone who still considered it like a commodity.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">This was and is the ambition that gets us excited. Even today we are not afraid to take a booth at <a href=\"http:\/\/filoteapasta.com\/en\/lalimenta\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Cibus Food Show<\/a>\u00a0without electricity supply and paint it just before the start. Without furniture, but with suitcases full of our beautiful pasta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">And <strong>we will not be afraid of opening our store in London &#8211; God willing \u2013 so cheeky, beyond the rules, against all odds<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Like Pirates.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>So, what does it mean to believe in Filotea?
